Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and leverage levers to improve client outcomes.
• Willingness to do outside sales and prospecting.
• Motivation to enhance existing relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends.
• Can interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales while mitigating risk.
• Identifies and refers small business opportunities and solutions to clients.
• Delivers a branded customer experience within sales portfolios by being in the field at least 80% of the time.
• Forges relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverages credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Supports execution of the sales delivery model to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
