Job summary

Bank of America is recruiting for a small business relationship professional focused on providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues up to $20 million. You will manage the end-to-end client journey, grow profitability, and deepen relationships through proactive prospecting and collaboration with partners.

A strong emphasis on field presence and delivering a branded customer experience is required.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales success in financial services or B2B sales.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and leverage levers to improve outcomes.
• Passion for outside sales and prospecting.
• Desire to deepen existing relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Understand and interpret cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Collaborate with bank staff to resolve client issues.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with relationship focus.
• Strong knowledge of small business financial products.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver on needs and drive sales while managing risk.
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews.
• Deliver branded customer experience; be in the field ~80% of the time.
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverage credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Support achievement of sales targets and growth of the small business segment.
• Coach and guide associates and clients with a client-centric approach.
