Job summary

Revere Capital seeks an experienced Sr. Loan Originator to drive growth in the private small balance commercial space and cover diverse CRE assets including RTL, SFR (2-4), multifamily, mixed-use, and value-add properties.

The role rewards relationship-driven lending, with an established network of investors, brokers, and referral partners, and requires strong credit- and investment real estate knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of originating business-purpose, bridge, CRE or private lending loans.
• Proven ability to build borrower and referral networks.
• Knowledge of credit standards and lending structures.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new borrower relationships through referrals, networking, partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with investors, brokers, developers, and borrowers.
• Maintain qualified pipeline across bridge, multifamily, rental, mixed-use, value-add.
• Coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, and Servicing through funding.
• Provide proactive borrower communication and a best-in-class client experience.
