Job summary

Easy Street Capital, a real estate investment lender, seeks a Senior Account Executive with extensive DSCR, RTL/bridge, and ground-up SFR construction lending experience. An existing book of business and strong relationships with real estate investors and referral partners are highly valued.

You will manage loan origination from lead to close, nurture client relationships, and drive growth through in-person networking, digital outreach, and servicing inbound inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Executive or Originations/Sales role in mortgage lending.
• Strong network of real estate investors and referral partners.
• Familiarity with DSCR / Non-QM or investment real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospected and inbound leads into live deals and maintain relationships through loan origination; convert closed loans into repeat financing.
• Daily CRM updates and logging of contacts and deals to aid decision-making.
• Develop deep knowledge of Easy Street Capital’s loan programs to communicate confidently with borrowers.
• Cultivate relationships with investors, brokers, agents, property managers and wholesalers to source new business.
• Understand Mortgage Loan and Real Estate Investing concepts and articulate them to clients.
