Vident Asset Management is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager/Trader to support the SMA business, including portfolio construction, trading, and reporting. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers to optimize models and onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in the investment management field (preferred).
• Interest in pursuing investment designations and/or FINRA exams such as CFA, FRM, or Series 65.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Managers with SMA client portfolios and onboarding.
• Conduct product research and portfolio optimizations to support decisions.
• Review and execute trades under supervision of senior team members.
• Generate performance reports and client-ready analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization for client services.
