Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver dynamic, play-based therapy to children, within a collaborative, transdisciplinary care model. This role emphasizes leadership and mentorship as you advance through Cortica's Clinical Ladder Program.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes in pediatric care. Cortica supports growth with stipends, insurance, and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy for neurodivergent children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within a transdisciplinary care model.
• Educate families and extend strategies beyond therapy sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to build leadership.
