Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Interest in collaborative, integrative care and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate and empower families to extend strategies beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to strengthen leadership within the field.
