Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a Slot Analytics professional to prepare and provide accurate slot statistics and business insights for corporate and property teams. You will help develop slot analysis tools and ensure data integrity across the slot database.

The role requires strong experience with Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3 to 5 years experience with gaming analysis or gaming experience in related field.
• Computer literate: Excel, and relational database query tools (SQL) are essential.
• Working knowledge in business intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau), cloud based databases like Snowflake.
• Must have excellent organizational, verbal/written communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task and interact with all levels of the organization.
• High levels of work product accuracy/attention to detail is essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare slot statistical reports and insights for corporate and property management.
• Assist in developing slot analysis tools.
• Ensure data integrity in the slot database.
• Develop and implement slot analytic reporting tools.
• Maintain corporate standardization for slot products across the enterprise.
• Communicate with property slot management and other departments; travel may be required.
• Provide consulting to property slot management on lease mix, model types and game types.
• Provide insight and support for Boyd business intelligence tools.
• Support data cleaning and auditing
