Job summary

ESC Region 11 is seeking a Skyward Business Senior Consultant - Finance to provide technical assistance and software support for Skyward financial platforms to school districts and charter schools in the region.

The role requires strong knowledge of school finance, budgeting, and Skyward systems, with effective client communication and collaboration across ESC staff and district partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred, or 5 years equivalent experience.
• TASBO Certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Skyward financial software and school finance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Skyward support to districts/charters via phone, email, webinars, and training sessions.
• Train district users in Skyward Business Services and related workflows.
• Prepare materials and present at workshops for staff and districts.
• Assist districts converting from other ERP platforms to Skyward finance modules.
• Offer subject matter expertise in budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and year-end closing.
