Rex Moore Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter to identify, attract, evaluate, and hire talent for skilled trades and field leadership roles across California.

You will independently manage complex recruiting projects and partner with hiring managers to build sustainable talent pipelines. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of progressively responsible recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or technical personnel.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting analytics, online sourcing platforms and employment advertising.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and field leadership positions.
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates based on qualifications and fit.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill, high-volume roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current projects and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates.
• Mentor other recruiters and share best practices.
