Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Siting Lead to join our Energy Transition team to support siting and routing across the United States. You will lead routing and siting studies, manage CPCN filings, and collaborate with clients in power, oil & gas, and renewables.

You will mentor project teams, guide environmental permitting and GIS processes, and drive business development while maintaining a strong emphasis on regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 12+ years leading siting projects.
• 8+ years leading technical teams, schedules and budgets.
• 5+ years leading CPCN filings and client-facing pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead routing and siting studies and CPCN filings.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of deliverables and filings.
• Grow client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
