Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Siting Lead to join our Energy Transition team in the United States. You will lead routing and siting studies, manage CPCN filings, and drive client development while coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory experience, and the ability to balance project demands. Hybrid work structure with travel 10-15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead electric transmission siting projects and CPCN filings.
• Manage client development and growth of key relationships.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams on siting and environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead routing and siting studies and CPCN filings.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of client deliverables and regulatory filings.
• Develop siting strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Grow new and existing client relationships with business development leaders.
• Guide cross-functional teams including ecologists, planners, and engineers.
