Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Siting Lead to join our Energy Transition team in the United States. You will lead routing and siting studies, manage CPCN filings, and drive client relationships while guiding project delivery across diverse sectors.

You will collaborate with ecologists, cultural resource specialists, planners and engineers, applying GIS and permitting expertise. A hybrid work model is offered with periodic travel (10–15%), to support both remote and office operations as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, urban planning, GIS, engineering, biology, ecology, or similar.
12+ years leading electric transmission siting projects.
8+ years leading technical teams, budgets, and deliverables.
5+ years leading project pursuits with client communication.
5+ years leading CPCN filings.

Responsibilities

Lead routing and siting studies and CPCN filings for multiple clients.
Provide senior QA/QC reviews of deliverables and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with outreach, permitting, ecologists, and engineers to achieve project goals.
Develop siting strategies and manage client relationships and proposals.
