Qualifications

• Experience applying lean principles and process improvement.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of local/regional regulations and WHS policy.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with Amazon Safety Policies.
• Measure site performance and create improvement plans for deficiencies.
• Maintain safety records and provide accurate reporting and metrics.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive incident reduction actions with leadership.
