Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States, Arkansas, Little Rock is seeking a Senior Site Workplace Health and Safety Manager to partner with site operations to implement WHS policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead continuous improvement to reduce ergonomic risks, mentor Safety Managers, and drive Kaizen events with Operations to deliver safe, healthful workplaces for associates.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs.
• 7+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME of local/regional regulations and company WHS policy.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance to all applicable safety policies.
• Measure site performance and address deficiencies with a corrective plan.
• Maintain safety records and provide accurate reporting and metrics.
• Lead safety metrics reviews and allocate resources to high-risk areas.
• Mentor Safety Managers and Associates at the site.
• Drive Kaizen events with Operations to mitigate risks.
