Job summary

Johnson Controls in Indianapolis seeks a Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee total construction efforts on large projects (>$1M) ensuring scope, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate JCI resources with subcontractors and align work with contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate's degree preferred with 7 to 10 years of direct project coordination and supervision in Commercial/Industrial Building Construction.
• Proficient in project management processes and procedures.
• High-level competence in written and verbal communication at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify project objectives aligned to scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure quality control and scope compliance via daily site inspections.
• Submit progress updates for master plan/schedule and variance analysis.
• Act as Project Safety program coordinator and allocate resources accordingly.
• Resolve site conflicts and coordinate access and site-working environments.
• Support Project Manager in risk management and recovery planning.
• Maintain project document controls in line with contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, prime contractors and subcontractors.
