Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Superintendent to bridge construction leadership and field execution across Minnesota projects. You will lead on-site activities to deliver safe, high‑quality work aligned with schedules and client expectations on multifamily and senior living developments.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling practices; Procore experience is a plus for coordinating complex sites and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven success managing multifamily and senior living projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Procore experience is a plus for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee subcontractors, self‑perform crews, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and logistics plans.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site inspections.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Mentor field staff and develop future leaders.
• Manage daily reporting, RFIs, change orders, and quality documentation.
