Job summary

MPI is seeking a Lead Superintendent to drive on-site delivery of remodels and select ground-up projects for national retail work. You will own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination, while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Travel regionally and nationally and collaborate closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful turnover and handover with strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven Lead Superintendent experience in retail construction.
• Big-box or grocery remodel background.
• Walmart project exposure preferred.
• Strong Procore and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities
