Job summary

AlphaGov seeks an experienced Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects across Greater Boston. This hands-on senior role oversees preconstruction through final turnover, directing field operations, scheduling, budgets, and client communication.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of construction leadership, 10+ years in residential PM within Boston, and proficiency with Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction leadership experience.
• 10+ years of residential PM experience in the Greater Boston area.
• Experience with luxury custom homes, multifamily construction, major renovations, or historic restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Oversee field operations, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and client communication.
• Coordinate subs, architects, engineers, and inspectors; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Develop and maintain schedules, look-ahead plans, site logistics, and sequencing.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope for accurate execution.
• Lead meetings, inspections, and progress reviews; resolve field conflicts.
