Vezandio Contracting Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on a large-scale commercial project in Southampton, NY.

The role requires managing multiple subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring safety and documentation are maintained at all times. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience as Site/Senior Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing large-scale commercial, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings.
• Experience with scheduling, site logistics, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities and overall site operations.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Establish and maintain daily work schedules and coordinate sequencing between trades.
• Conduct and coordinate daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor site conditions and ensure safe working practices and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily construction reports and logs.
