Responsibilities

• Utilize electronic inventory and order management systems for on‑site program replenishments and disbursements.
• Perform laboratory services including order delivery, glassware processing, and chemical inventory reconciliation.
• Inspect life safety equipment and coordinate lab services operations.
• Create, maintain, and reconcile various reports to meet partner requirements.
• Address customer concerns effectively and communicate proactively with supervisors about potential issues.
