Job summary

Marksman Security seeks a Site Director to supervise day-to-day security operations at client sites. You will lead a team of Security Officers and supervisors, ensuring staffing, training and performance align with client expectations.

Key duties include budgeting, reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating with HR. A degree in justice or related field and seven years of managerial security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; seven years of managerial security experience.
• Experience collaborating with local law enforcement and HR.
• Ability to obtain a security license; CPP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property at client sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and staff; support operations and HR.
• Track performance, conduct reviews and document personnel activity.
• Prepare reports on personnel activities and account trends.
• Manage equipment and ensure policy compliance; stay compliant with CBAs and regulations.
