Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Site Director to lead day-to-day security operations across client sites. You will manage Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors, oversee staffing, budgeting and training to ensure premier service.

The role requires a degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least seven years in security management, strong communication, and ability to build lasting client relationships. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum seven years in managerial roles within security or law enforcement.
• Experience with budgets and payroll processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site security staff, scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality security services protecting people and property.
• Build strong client and employee relationships and report on performance.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle security incidents and escalate as needed.
• Maintain personnel records and workforce management systems.
