Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site on the assigned shift. The role involves supervising officers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality protection of people and property.

You will report to management, handle escalated issues, and train staff to maintain safety standards. Strong English communication and a clean background are required, with a valid security license as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, plus 3 years of prior security supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Valid Security License if required by state and driver’s license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Report to Director and/or Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure client site safety and property protection.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies as appropriate.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance feedback.
