Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Site Director to oversee day‑to‑day security operations at client sites. You will manage a team of security personnel, coordinate scheduling, budgets, training, and performance, and ensure top-tier client service and safety.

Qualified candidates have extensive managerial experience in security, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR and operations to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in managerial roles in law enforcement or contract security.
• Ability to obtain a security license if required by the state.
• Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
• Strong budget and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and development.
• Ensure client sites receive high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and staff.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Conduct annual reviews for on-site staff and monitor performance.
