Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Site Safety Supervisor to support project staff and the safety team in implementing corporate safety standards across projects. Responsibilities include site orientations, weekly inspections, and ensuring OSHA compliance on multi‑million‑dollar sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Safety or related field, 4–7 years of safety experience, and OSHA 30 hours, with travel to client sites nationwide. Expect a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field.
• 4–7 years of safety experience on building construction.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and record findings.
• Administer site orientations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead regular safety meetings with subcontractors and staff.
• Investigate incidents and generate proper reports.
