Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Safety Manager to support development and monitoring of safety programs across client sites. The role involves analyzing incidents, coordinating with employment levels, and resolving safety issues to align with company and client requirements.

Responsibilities include site safety assessments, developing safety training, conducting investigations, and enforcing policies. Strong written and verbal communication and experience with MTSA/CFATS are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in Industrial Safety and/or Human Performance.
• OSHA Levels I and II and/or 30 hours of Human Performance/INPO training or equivalent desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; further experience may substitute education.
• At least four years experience with MTSA and CFATS regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety assessments for new contracts or client requests.
• Develop and assist in implementing the client’s site safety program and related safety plans.
• Assist in development and implementation of safety training programs.
• Assist with accident and injury investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct site visits for safety field observations.
• Interact with security teams to improve safety performance and morale.
• Enforce and comply with all policies, regulations, and client programs.
• Assist in developing Company safety goals.
