Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative to promote and monitor safe conditions across active construction sites. Reporting to the Regional HSE Consultant, you will identify hazards, manage documentation, and drive a proactive safety culture with field teams.

Responsibilities include inspections and audits, training, incident investigations, JHAs/AHAs, emergency planning, and coordination with site leadership.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour Card required
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
• BCSP or equivalent certification with relevant construction safety experience preferred
• Experience in safety leadership on construction sites is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Maintain and oversee all safety documentation and records
• Design and deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, and orientation
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions
• Assist in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) and site safety planning
• Coordinate emergency response planning and liaison with local responders
