Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years of industry experience.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience required.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours operational leadership and on-call support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex production issues across applications and infrastructure.
• Oversee monitoring, observability, and automation efforts to reduce toil.
• Lead multiple development projects and teams spanning major business segments.
