PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in SRC Lending.

You will be based in one of our Technology Hub offices (Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Phoenix, Farmers Branch, Birmingham or Denver) with weekly in-office requirements. You will join SRC Production Support, leading incident response, troubleshooting complex issues, driving automation, and improving resilience of enterprise platforms, while delivering timely updates during critical events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience needed: OCP, Dynatrace, SQL Server/Mongo/Oracle, .Net, Elastic
• University degree plus relevant experience (3+ years) is typical for this level
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, related education and experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for critical production applications and infrastructure
• Monitor alerts, events, dashboards and incident queues to identify service degradation
• Lead bridge calls during critical incidents with timely updates
• Conduct health checks across domains during incidents
• Contribute to observability, monitoring enhancements, and proactive risk reduction initiatives
