Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Software Engineering Group Manager in its SRC-Site Reliability organization. The role centers on technical leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and ongoing reliability improvements across applications, infrastructure and data services.

You will lead multiple development projects, coordinate resources, and guide incident response. Strong management experience and a background in software development are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

University degree required; advanced degrees/des certifications desirable.
8+ years of industry experience with management experience.
Experience leading large, cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple development projects and teams for a major business segment.
Oversight of design, development and implementation of complex systems.
Allocate resources across the application lifecycle and ensure delivery quality.
Maintain client relationships and ensure project success.
Provide after-hours leadership and participate in on-call rotations.
