Mastercard seeks a Manager, Site Reliability Engineer to lead a small team supporting Card Transaction Services and Faster Payments. You will combine line management with hands-on engineering to ensure reliable, secure production systems.

The role requires BASE24 expertise, strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management, with a focus on automation, incident response and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a production or SRE context.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
• Agile delivery mindset and ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day team leadership, coaching and support.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Oversee production reliability for Card Transaction Services and Faster Payments.
• Drive automation, tooling and continuous improvement in production support.
• Collaborate with HR, senior leadership and stakeholders on strategy.
• Act as escalation point for people-related matters and incidents.
