Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 6–8+ years in IT service management or production support.
• Knowledge of ITIL; ITIL cert preferred.
• Experience with mission-critical production environments.

Responsibilities

• Service Ownership and Production Readiness: ensure readiness before go-live.
• Incident and Problem Management: lead triage and RCA.
• Change and Release Governance: review changes for readiness and impact.
• Certificate Lifecycle Management: track renewal and remediation.
• Risk, Controls, and Compliance: partner with risk stakeholders.
• Service Performance and Continuous Improvement: monitor KPIs and feedback.
• Stakeholder and Customer Engagement: communicate during critical events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work across distributed teams.
