Upserve is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own the design, operation, and reliability of our product infrastructure. You will collaborate with Developers, QA, PMs, and other teams to improve delivery and reliability across multiple locations.

You will drive automation, implement IaC, monitor performance, and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost-efficiency and high availability. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• AWS expertise across services and architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux systems.
• Experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible or Salt.
• IaC with Terraform and OpenTofu.
• Shell scripting proficiency.
• Knowledge of Python, Ruby or Go.
• Familiarity with Agile and CD practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication.
• Experience provisioning infrastructures with high availability constraints.
• Cloud cost optimization experience.

Responsabilités

• Improve software delivery processes in a multi-location, multidisciplinary team.
• Use automation to design, configure, manage, and monitor systems.
• Design operational solutions to increase standardization, automation and cost-efficiency.
• Build scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure with developers.
• Advocate for IaC, monitoring, HA, DR, security, and SRE/DevOps practices.
• Provide on-call remediation during production incidents.
