Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to fortify the reliability, performance, and operational stability of our production SaaS infrastructure across AWS, colocation, and hosted platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windows, Linux, virtualization, networking, automation, and AWS, and will drive automation and modernization initiatives to improve production reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering in production environments.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Experience with AWS environments and enterprise virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime, reliability, and performance for production SaaS environments across cloud and hosting.
• Independently support Windows and Linux, virtualization, storage, and networking components.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation projects with Senior Cloud Engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production incidents; perform root-cause analysis.
