Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to operate and enhance the production environment. The role emphasizes end-to-end observability, reliable systems, and proactive performance optimization for a suite of software solutions.

The successful candidate will manage availability, latency, and efficiency across global sites, drive incident and change management, and mentor teams in modern SRE practices. Onsite in St. Louis, MO for 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of DevOps/SRE experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).
• Proficiency in observability trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to drive organizational transformation and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, latency, performance, and efficiency of global ecommerce sites.
• Drive incident management and change management.
• Promote observability to guide product delivery teams.
• Develop unified observability dashboards and E2E requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve reliability goals.
• Build proprietary tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management.
• Automate processes for incident response and operations.
