Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for our Cleveland headquarters, onsite. You will optimize IT products, services, systems, and digital products, lead reliability initiatives, and drive automation across multi-environment deployments.

The role demands strong SRE and cloud/DevOps expertise with a focus on uptime. You will mentor engineers, oversee incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or 9+ years in field
9+ years of Site Reliability/DevOps related experience
Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response
Automation, scripting, or tooling to improve reliability and efficiency
Experience with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues
Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship now or in future

Responsibilities

Optimize IT products, services, systems, and digital products to improve performance, availability, and reliability
Develop automation for deployment, administration, monitoring, and operation of applications and services
Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and OKRs and build optimization plans
Lead cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements
Mentor engineers on reliability, observability, incident management, and operations
