You will join a team of technical engineers who are committed to shipping high‑quality software and enjoying all the goat gifs the internet has to offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for complex cloud platforms.
• Experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform (preferred) or Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container/orchestration tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across the lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor production systems for availability and latency.
• Identify root causes of errors and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to evolve systems and reduce toil.
• Support automation and sustainable incident response in a blameless environment.
• Be comfortable with stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
