Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III for a client at the forefront of cloud infrastructure and enterprise solutions. The role is hybrid with Plano, TX; Charlotte, NC; Jersey City, NJ locations.

You will design and maintain automated cloud infrastructure, implement IaC using Terraform/Ansible/YAML, and manage VMware environments. Collaboration across engineering, operations, and development teams is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale VMware environments and cloud infrastructure.
Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and YAML.
Proficiency with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x, vSphere, NSXT, and Aria Suite.
Strong understanding of cloud platform operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across engineering, operations, and development teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
Develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and YAML.
Support large-scale VMware environments including VCF 9.x, vSphere, NSXT, and Aria Suite.
Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud platform reliability.
