Job summary

Electrolux Group North America in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure that supports critical business applications and digital experiences.

You will partner with IT, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to drive infrastructure strategy, automate provisioning, monitor performance, and improve resilience through CI/CD, observability, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and supporting modern software delivery practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure environments
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities
• Enable and enhance CI/CD capabilities across multiple applications and platforms
• Support and optimize customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring reliability during peak traffic events and critical business periods
• Manage content delivery networks (CDNs), DNS services, and SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, implementing proactive measures to improve operational resilience
• Reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through automation, observability, incident response improvements, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business and technical objectives
• Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the organization
