Job summary

Experis is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to join our client’s hybrid team in Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ. Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform/Ansible/YAML, and optimize VMware environments.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, and development teams to ensure high reliability and automation growth. The role emphasizes cloud platform operations, monitoring, and proactive problem solving within an Agile

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale VMware environments and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and YAML.
Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x, vSphere, NSXT, and Aria Suite.
Strong understanding of cloud platform operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience in Agile environments and collaborating across engineering, operations, and development teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
Develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and YAML.
Support large-scale VMware environments including VCF 9.x, vSphere, NSXT, and Aria Suite.
Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud platform reliability.
