Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to automate and operate large-scale VMware environments, while codifying infrastructure and integrating IaC into CI/CD pipelines. This hybrid role focuses on building an automated, scalable internal cloud platform and collaborating across Agile teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on VMware experience, strong Python and Ansible skills, and deep knowledge of Terraform, vSphere, NSX-T, and Aria Suite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on VMware experience.
• Proficient in Python and IaC tooling.
• Experience automating large-scale cloud and virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate and operate large-scale VMware environments (VCF 9.x, vSphere, NSX-T).
• Codify infrastructure, configuration, and operational workflows.
• Integrate Infrastructure-as-Code into CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Manage cloud platform operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and development teams in Agile environments.
