Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 7+ years HR generalist/project management experience
• Associate’s degree with 9+ years HR generalist/project management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years HR generalist/project management experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Experience with organizational development programs execution, including performance appraisal, development planning, staffing, and engagement surveys
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR IT systems
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Strategic and business analytical skills
• Experience with change management processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Set human resources strategy to drive site P&O success and KPIs
• Partner with senior management to model and align culture with business objectives
• Lead employee relations, staffing life cycle, performance reviews, and compensation merit cycles
• Own training strategy and capability development at the Site
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational development plans (ODP) and workforce planning
• Act as employee advocate and ensure compliance with policies and laws
• Oversee onboarding, communications, and training initiatives aligning with regional/global guidance
• Drive internal and external communications and represent the site externally
