Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a site-level Human Resources leader to shape and execute P&O strategy aligned with regional priorities. You will partner with the Site Head and Leadership Team to deliver high-quality HR processes, develop capability, and drive culture and engagement across the site.

In this role you will lead training, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with global standards and local laws.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s preferred; strong expertise in HR generalist duties.
• : Minimum seven years HR generalist/project management experience in pharma manufacturing preferred.
• : Experience with organizational development programs, performance appraisal, and development planning required.
• : Excellent communication, strategic analytics, and policy implementation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set human resources strategy to drive site P&O success and KPI alignment.
• Serve as strategic business partner to senior leadership to shape P&O processes.
• Lead training strategy and capability development for the site.
• Oversee employee relations, staffing, performance reviews, and development.
• Drive communications and onboarding, and ensure governance with global standards.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development plans and culture.
