Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 7+ years HR generalist/project management experience
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred and advantageous
• Experience with organizational development programs execution and employee engagement surveys required
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR IT systems required

Responsibilities

• Set HR strategy to drive site P&O success aligned with KPIs
• Serve as strategic business partner to senior site leadership to implement P&O strategy
• Lead organizational culture shaping and capability development aligned with business objectives
• Oversee employee relations, staffing lifecycle, performance reviews and merit cycles
• Plan and execute onboarding, training initiatives, and communications at site level
• Develop and implement the Organizational Development Plan (ODP) with leadership
• Communicate key HR processes across client areas and with external groups
