Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all operational, administrative, and life support functions at the designated site in the United States. You will direct site-specific program goals, manage budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with PWS and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with PC and Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Experience managing resources in time-sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract requirements at the site and allocate resources to meet PWS.
• Represent program in management reviews and brief senior officials.
• Lead activities across operations, finance, training, and maintenance functions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor progress to ensure contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
