Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Project Supervisor for our Pearl River, NY client site. The role focuses on directing daily maintenance activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe, efficient project execution. The position demands strong operations management, clear client communication, and the ability to manage small projects within a regulated environment.

Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Facility/ Management, Maintenance Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 years of progressive career experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or research & development facility maintenance.
• Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Identify work requiring engineering and design and review with proper entities.
• Develops full scope and extent of work required, including cost and time required, to conduct the relevant maintenance activities.
• Coordinate resources, service providers, and vendors.
• Plan and manage small projects.
• Improve workforce productivity by planning and coordinating subcontractor labor, parts, and materials.
