Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Site Executive to lead a single complex site, directing project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, maintaining quality, and coordinating with the project manager to develop and execute the project plan while mentoring site teams and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• 15+ years’ experience in commercial construction with a GC.
• Experience with tenant renovations, occupied spaces, and fast-paced projects a plus.
• Mastery of building processes and best practices; ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety culture on site and enforce proper protocol.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Lead on-site safety, manage a safe jobsite for all participants.
• Maintain daily activity logs and manage punch list through acceptance processes.
• Assist in formulating project schedules and ensure sequencing aligns with methods.
