Qualifications

• Four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 15+ years’ experience in commercial construction with general contractor background.
• Experience with tenant renovations, occupied spaces, and fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety culture on site and enforce proper protocol.
• Maintain quality standards across all aspects of the project.
• Lead on-site coordination between subs, trades, and vendors.
• Manage daily site logs, punch list, and closeout with owner/architect input.
• Develop and organize the site team; mentor Site Operations members.
