Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead discovery, roadmap design, and prioritization for site merchandising in Bentonville, AR.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize site structure, performance, and content relevance based on data, market research, and SEO insights. The role emphasizes campaign planning, cross-functional partnerships, and measuring impact through analytics, with a strong focus on improving customer experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery processes, including roadmap design, prioritization, and backlog management to address customer needs and business opportunities.
• Develop and communicate site merchandising strategies based on category knowledge, site performance data, and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to leverage analytics, customer insights, and SEO strategies to optimize site structure and content relevance.
• Drive campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with marketing and merchandising objectives while monitoring performance and providing actionable insights.
• Influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication and foster partnerships to advance site merchandising initiatives.
• Oversee reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
